Nothing, all great! 😊.

Very good location
Massive mattresses, loveless breakfast buffet with cold hot dishes and uninterested service, WLAN for a fee

nothing too much trouble, the hotel met requests. everything was pleasant, the buffet breakfast was totally worth it. the location was perfect and amazing, on river, the view was marvellous, too. liked our superior room. the beds were comfy in the sunny bedroom. the staff was outstandingly helpful and competent all the time.

While the family room was spacious and the restaurant service was excellent, we found the check-in process confusing. The hotel's proximity to landmarks like St Peter's Cathedral and Hamilton Lake made for lovely family outings. The relaxation facilities, including the sun terrace, enhanced our stay, but parking logistics could be better managed. a good place to stay, yet room for improvement remains.

The accommodation was great and the location was superb. We especially liked the service and the wonderful staff. No matter what we needed or asked, staff at the reception helped us. One can really recommend this hotel.

I had an excellent stay with great value for my money, as the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in easy, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby dining options.
The breakfast selection could be improved with more fresh fruit options.

The breakfast was good, but the price (+22 Euro) was not justified.
Price/performance ratio at breakfast was bad

The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable
Breakfast was disappointing. No plates, had to look for help, bacon tough, scrambled eggs runny and no has browns left.Mini Bar did not have correct prices on sheet or was overcharged.

Rooms were spacious and clean, though a bit soft for my taste. Parking is pricey, but services were efficient. It was a good experience with decent amenities, just a few quirks to note. Would recommend!

Very central, staff very helpful
Hotel corridors are a bit shabby and smelled of horrible air freshener. Should have more channels available on sky. Fitness centre too small and insufficiently ventilated so smelled musty. Some of the brochures in the room were dog eared and a little tatty

We didn't have time, so we also will come back. It was a pleasant stay on our holidays. Besides, the location was particularly good for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of a regional museum.

Staying here was pretty decent overall! The location is super convenient, right near the main part of town, and we found plenty of good restaurants just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our check-in smoother. Plus, the breakfast spread was really generous and a great way to kick off our days.
Our room felt outdated and not as clean as it should’ve been, with some questionable tidiness in the bathroom. And seriously, the lift security didn't even work late at night! A little more attention to cleanliness and details would go a long way.

Dined at the restaurant and the food was very nicely presented with good wait staff. Wife entree was cold which was a bit unfortunate. Efficient check in staff and the roomswere neat and tidy.
Valet parking was a bit of a joke. it looked like the doorman was doing us a favour in getting our car. We probably waited 20 minutes for it at about 7 30 am and there was only one car requested before ours.

I was fortunate to receive an upgrade to a de lux, which was fresh, clean, super comfortable bed and choice of pillows. I also had room service meal, which was butter chicken and then fresh fruit salad, both of which were outstanding. I had previously stayed at this hotel a3/4 years ago, and was amazed at the upgrade freshness and interest in the rooms.
in room 358 two articles had been moved on the white tiling around the bath/shower and brown marks were still on the white tiles. This was a shame as the rest of the bathroom was pristine.
